FactoryNXT does not set cookies on this website. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and no consent banner is required.

What we do store

We store one item in your browser's local storage:

• theme — remembers whether you chose light mode, dark mode, or to follow your system setting, so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It holds the value light, dark, or system and nothing else.

Local storage is not a cookie: it is never transmitted to our server. It stays on your device until you clear your browser data. If you never touch the theme toggle, nothing is stored at all and the site follows your operating system's colour preference.

Why there is no consent banner

Consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for — in practice, tracking. We do none of it, so there is nothing to ask you to consent to. A banner here would be theatre.

The one item we do store is a preference you set yourself by clicking the theme toggle, is read only by your own browser, and is never sent to us.

Third-party requests

This site is fully self-hosted: typefaces are bundled at build time rather than fetched from a font provider at runtime, and it loads no third-party scripts, trackers, or CDN-hosted libraries. Loading a page here does not cause your browser to contact anyone but the server this site is hosted on.

Clearing it

Clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings removes the stored theme preference. The site keeps working and reverts to following your operating system's light or dark setting.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics, embedded media, or anything else that stores data beyond what is strictly necessary, we will update this page and put a proper consent mechanism in place before it goes live — not after.
